You are allowed to cycle anywhere you please. This could be indoors or outdoors.

You must complete your cycle according to the given time period. After you have completed your 40KM cycle, please send us proof in a form of a picture from your smart phone so that we can update your ranking in our system within 24 hours.

You will receive your e-certificate within 24 hours after we receive your proof of completion.

We recommend you use the STRAVA app to record your time, pace and distance of your cycle in order to get accurate results. You are also allowed to use any other apps with similar functions if you wish to do so.

You are allowed to use any type of bicycle in order for you to complete your total cycle.
