Here is the full timeline for our event. Please cycle safely and follow the SOPs by the Malaysian Ministry of Health.
How to submit results
Send an email to with the attachment of:
1. The full results of the 40KM cycle (time, distance, date)

2. Include your E-Bib number once for reference by the MNCF Virtual Ride organizer.

3. A selfie or a picture of you while/after you are cycling MNCF Virtual Ride
for our leaderboard.
